Our firm, Christian Wyatt Group, is working in confidence with a leading Southeast based community bank on key compliance role. In this role you will have responsibility for the Compliance Department. You will act as SME for all consumer & commercial compliance matters (the alphabet soup) as you help lead and direct the compliance group. This includes working closely with senior management and LOB partners within the bank as well as helping with internal/external audit and regulatory exams.

This role can be remote from one of the following states: FL, GA, NC, SC. While Remote, it will require some travel to headquarters in Florida.

This role will be an integral part of the management team and help lead the organization in future growth initiatives while running a first-class Compliance department. This role reports directly to the CRO.

Ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of bank compliance experience. This experience should include management experience as well as exposure dealing with regulators and auditors. Bachelors degree is required and a CRCM is preferred.
